This sash lock has been discontinued. If you order this part, the 16.27 will be sent as a replacement. According to the factory, the Wi1627 will work as a replacement with any modification.

This nylon or plastic guide is used when you have multiple sash locks on your window.  Inside the window, or sometimes on the surface these  nylon guides keep the connecting rods in place, so you only have to actuate one lock to lock multiple locks.

Truth Window Lock 24.31

Truth casement window lock 24.31.  The hole spacing is 3-13/16" and the "Fork" projects out  1-7/8".   Housing is made of die cast metal that is then powder coated.

The Truth Window Handle 24.25 is one of the more popular window handles.  On the older version the handle was plastic toward the end of the handle, and it would break off.  The new version is metal all the way to the end.  It has 2-1/2" on center mounting screws, and the mounting plate is 2-7/8" long x 5/8" wide.  This Truth Casement Window Handle sometimes has the number 45200 or 45268 cast into it. Truth Window Lock 16.27.

Sometimes known as the Truth Entrygard Sash Lock.  3" high x 2-9/16" deep x 1" thick.  We sometimes find the numbers 45208 and 40707 cast on this part.

Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.  The lock measures 2-5/16" between screws, 2-3/4" high by 2-3/16" deep and 1" thick.  Truth did make a Sash Lock that was similar to this one, but was 3-1/2" tall, that model has been discontinued.

Housing measures x 4-3/4" tall by x 3/4" wide. The hole spacing is 3-15/16" center to center. The lifting finger projects out 1-1/8"" with the cut out measuring 11-16" deep by 5/16".
