To order from our site, you will need to know the number that is stamped on the channel that you are replacing. This number will normally be 4 digits and will let us know some important information about your window channel balance such as its spring gauge and its channel length.

Next, you will need to figure out which type of the plastic ends you require. You can find these on the PDF on the product page then compare those to the ends that you already have installed.

We carry tube window balances from a few different series. One that we offer is the 83 Series Tube Window Balance - ⅜ Inch Diameter. On the product page, you will have the option to select a Bearing Color and Tube Length. Your tube length can fall anywhere in the range of 14 inches to 30 inches. Colors include red, blue, white and green.

We also sell the 85 Series Tube Window Balance - ⅝ Inch Diameter. This is one of the most commonly seen tube balances today. The height for this item can fall anywhere in the range of 12 inches to 36 inches. The colors that we have available are blue and red.

    60 Series Channel Balances

    The most common type of channel balance. Your existing channel usually has a number stamped on it, usually a 4 digit number. This number tells us the lenth of the channel, and the gauge of the spring. After you have that, you will need to look through the pdf below and pick the plastic ends that are the closest to yours. If we have the number stamped on the channel, and the ends that are attached, we can get them ordered with the ends attached, usually for about $12.00 ea.

  2. Tube Balances 85 Series -5/8" Diameter Tube

    85 Series Tube Balances, 5/8" Diameter.

    This is the most common type of tube balance out there.
