Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.  The lock measures 2-5/16" between screws, 2-3/4" high by 2-3/16" deep and 1" thick.  Truth did make a Sash Lock that was similar to this one, but was 3-1/2" tall, that model has been discontinued.

Truth 17.32 Sweep Latch

This Truth Trimline Cam Lock features a 2-1/16" hole spacing, and the distance from the center of the screw hole and the lock face is 3/8". This sweep lock is also known as a Window Cam Lock, or Double Hung Window Lock.

The Truth Window Handle 24.25 is one of the more popular window handles.  On the older version the handle was plastic toward the end of the handle, and it would break off.  The new version is metal all the way to the end.  It has 2-1/2" on center mounting screws, and the mounting plate is 2-7/8" long x 5/8" wide.  This Truth Casement Window Handle sometimes has the number 45200 or 45268 cast into it. The Truth Casement Handle Aluminum-2-3/8" is used on many aluminum windows manufactured from the 1970's.  This handle is the same as the Wi2423, but the lock up dimension is 3/8".  The lock up dimension is the distance from the back of the handle mounting plate to the inside surface of the hook when it is closed.  The handle features die cast construction, and is then powder coated to the desired finish.  Aluminum and white in stock, call for other colors.

The Truth Casement Handle 24.23 is used on many aluminum, vinyl and wood windows manufactured from the 1970's.  This handle is the same as the C1729, but the lock up dimension is 1/2".  The lock up dimension is the distance from the back of the handle mounting plate to the inside surface of the hook when it is closed.  The center to center dimension on the mounting plate is 2-3/8".  The handle features die cast construction, and is then powder coated to the desired finish. White is in stock, call for other colors.

The Truth 20236 Strike Housing is used with the 20231, 20232 and 20233 Strike Inserts.   By selecting the proper Strike Insert you can control the height of the lock up.  The 20236 is an In Line Strike, meaning the mounting holes of the strike line up with the center line of the strike.  The mounting holes are 1-1/2" on center, and the housing measures 5/8" wide by 2-1/16" long.

Truth Offset Strike Housing 20237 are now only available in Black

The Truth 20237 Strike Housing is used with the 20231, 20232 and 20233 Strike Inserts.   By selecting the proper Strike Insert you can control the height of the lock up.  The 20237 is an Off Set Strike, meaning the mounting holes of the strike are off set to the center line of the strike.  The holes are 1-1/2" on center, and the housing measures 5/8" wide by 2-1/16".

Truth Sash Lock Keeper

The Truth Hole Two Cam Handle 1-1/2" Offset has die cast construction with a powder coated painted finish. We find the numbers 45086 on the right hand handles, and 45085 on the left hand handles. Right Hand Shown on Website!

The Project In Truth Handle-1-1/2"- 1/2" Lock Up is a handle we have seen since the 1970's.  This window handle features a 1-1/2" hole spacing on centers with a 1/2" lock up dimension. The window handle is constructed of a die cast material that is then powder coated to the finish of your choice. We find it used on Project In or Thru Rail type Hopper windows.  We stock the Bronze color, but other colors are available, call for more information.

The Truth 14.80 hinge is a Stainless Steel copy of the the most common of the Truth Casement Hinge, the 14.75. The stainless steel track is 10" long, the glide is a plastic coated steel. The most common problem on this hinge is the shoe. 

This Truth hinge is used on the Wi1510, Wi1511, Wi1516, Wi1518, Wi1531, Wi1532, Wi1594 and Wi2301.

This hinge is sold in pairs (one top and one bottom). If your window is the opposite hand, the top hinge goes to the bottom and the bottom hinge goes to the top.

The Truth 13.17  has a track length of 26" and is used on Awnings Windows. Sold in right and left sets, so you get enough hinge to do one window.

Angle Base 1-3/8" Window Handle Truth

Also known as the Truth 25.39, this handle is constructed of a die cast metal and powder coated to the desired color. The distance between the screws is 1-3/8" on center. The handle measures 3-3/4" long, base measures 2-1/8" long. The number found on the handle is 45086 for the Right Hand, and 45085 for the Left Hand. We also find U.S. Pat. # 4,930,820
